Have you always wanted to learn more about pigs and get hands-on experience? Or have a passion for pigs? WSU Student Swine Co-op is now accepting applications!!

We are now accepting applications for the 2017-2018 academic year. Applications are due Monday October 2nd. Thank you for your interest in joining our Co-Op! We look forward to meeting you all!


5th Semi-Annual Bacon Sale!

It’s that time of year again! Time to order your delicious Student Swine Co-op bacon!


Our bacon is not only local, thick- cut, and mouthwatering but it is hand processed and packaged by our SSC members as well! So you can feel confident about buying it and consuming it! Orders will be accepted now until October 30th so don’t miss out! Bacon is $7 per pound and bacon ends are $2 per pound. Please fill out the bacon order form found Here and follow the instructions at the top of the page for submission.

You will be notified when your bacon is available for pick up. Pick up location is at the WSU Meat Lab by the alumni center on campus. No exceptions.

We will be selling bacon until we reach 600lbs in orders, so don’t delay!

We’re back!

Are you ready for the 3rd Semi-Annual Bacon Sale brought to you by WSU’s Student Swine Cooperative? Our premium thick-cut bacon is not only delicious, but local and hand packed/processed by SSC members, too! It’s bacon you can feel good about eating and buying. Orders will be accepted until September 30 so get yours in now! Just $7.00/lb! Click here for the Bacon Order Form and follow the instructions included in the form for submission. Note: Bacon is delivered by pickup only at the MEAT LAB next to the alumni center on campus. We will notify you when your bacon is ready for pickup. Bacon should be ready by Dad’s Weekend (Nov 5).

Swine Info Days

We went to Swine Info Days in Moses Lake, WA and had a great time. We met some very influential people and learned some awesome facts about pig farming. Can’t wait to go back next year!
